PA was asked by the Client to overcome the floor plan challenges and haphazard style differences by adding space and shuffling rooms around for better flow, connection to the rear yard and improving access to natural light. The result is a crisp, fresh style with coastal and nautical references in spaces that flow effortlessly from room to room and to the outdoors.
